Had an awesome stay with friends! The location is great for hitting up the local shops and bars. We checked out the Waikato Museum and even did a hot air balloon tour—both were fantastic! The staff gave us great recommendations too, which really made our trip a blast.
One downside was the room felt a bit cramped for our group. It seemed smaller than what we expected, which made things a bit uncomfortable at times.

Super clean room with amazing food, but the parking was tricky to navigate.

missingWrote a review on Oct 30cramped bathroom
The bathroom felt cramped with a hazardous step into the shower lacking safety handles, making it a slip risk. The room was small with no seating beyond the bed, and it could definitely use some more thorough cleaning to tackle mold in the bathroom and on the window.

Centrally located, yet noisy nights
The location in the heart of Hamilton CBD was a huge plus for exploring local eateries and attractions. Check-in was smooth, and I found the bed incredibly comfortable.
Unfortunately, the noise from nearby events kept me awake late into the night. The hallway felt a bit chaotic, and parking was difficult, taking time to find a nearby space.

Recommendation for those who appreciate comfort
The staff was friendly, especially this one guy at the front desk who explained everything clearly about the facilities and car park. Dinner at the restaurant was fantastic! Delicious food and really attentive service, felt like royalty.
It wasn't exactly cheap but the value was still acceptable.

The stay included a spacious two-bedroom apartment that was perfect for our family. While the location was excellent for accessing local attractions, the bathroom felt cramped and could use more space. Staff members were friendly, and it was great to have the option of onsite parking. The food was satisfying, particularly the fresh raw fish, which enhanced our dining experience.

However, the walls are thinner than my patience, and I think I heard every sneeze! Also, navigating the sticky parking was less 'fun adventure' and more 'game of Tetris. '
